• Our experienced team comprises two Registered Nurses who teach together, ensuring that courses are practical, energetic, action-packed and most importantly, memorable. We have been working in the Bay of Plenty region for the past five years and have many satisfied and repeat clients. Here’s why:
• We provide full Work Place First Aid and Refesher Training. NZQA 6400,6401&6402. CPR Training.
• All courses are NZQA approved and they meet the OSH and Resuscitation Council standards.
• Heart & Health are affiliated with Training & Action Ltd a registered private training establishment.
• Training can be done on site at your workplace or off-site.
• Prior to any training course, we work with you to identify hazards in your industry and we then tailor our courses to suit your requirements.
• Our training courses are interactive and we go at your pace to ensure that the information is retained.
• We are proactive and good listeners! We focus on first-aid prevention as well as training and if requested, we can provide feedback to your company so that your policies can be reviewed and amended if required.

	Jenny Mills (NZRN) 20 years nursing experience in Emergency, Medical & Surgical nursing. Certificate in Adult teaching NZQA Assessors 2000 - 2005 CPR Instructor 2001 - 2005 Occupational Health Nurse working with a number of companies in Mount Maunganui
	Annelie Cooney (NZRN) 15 years practice nurse experience Certificate in Adult teaching NZQA Assessors 1998 - 2001 Cardiac Care Co-ordinator for Tauranga for the Heart Foundation. 2001 - 2005 Regional Training Officer for the New Zealand Resuscitation Council.
